There is a sleek modern bathroom across the hall which features double sinks and a shower/ bathtub combination so that you can choose between a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower.
The remaining two bedrooms are downstairs in the finished basement.
The King bedroom features a large King bed, standing mirror, a bench and a closet.
The bedroom next to this one has a full-sized bunkbed. Each level on the bunkbed is a full-sized bed so there is plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable! The bunkbed room has a cozy chair and lamp as well as another closet for your belongings.
Both of these bedrooms have windows as well, so they have plenty of light.
There is a full bathroom next to these bedrooms that features another full bathtub/shower combo and is fully stocked with plush towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioner.

Through the entryway into the kitchen, you will find a bright, updated kitchen fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils and everything you need to create a masterpiece. The kitchen features a stainless-steel stove, refrigerator and microwave as well as a large sink and plenty of cabinets.
The dining table in the kitchen has room for six people and is a great place to enjoy a meal with the family.
Go downstairs to the finished basement and find the second living space. This room has a large foosball table, another HD Roku TV, a small dining table and two more comfy chairs. Challenge each other to a foosball tournament or send the kids downstairs to play while the adults hang out upstairs.
This home has a large, 2 car garage that is accessible to guests through the basement. There is also a full laundry room with a new, full-sized washer and dryer, as well as detergent and dryer sheets.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Step outside and experience the ultimate in outdoor living with the large, private backyard. There’s easy access through the sliding glass door in the kitchen, and after a few steps, you’ll find yourself on the spacious back deck. This space has been recently upgraded with new patio furniture, including an outdoor dining table, and there's also a gas grill for when you're in the mood for BBQ.
A few steps down into the yard and you are in front of the large, four-person hot tub. This hot tub was recently installed and gets cleaned and sanitized after each guest. Pull up an Adirondack chair or relax in the hot tub and enjoy the lovely Rocky Mountain weather.
This home is at the perfect location to get around with your own vehicle.
Otherwise, you can use Uber or Lyft or you can check out Denver's RTD trains which can bring you around the Denver area. The closest RTD stop is the Red Rocks Community College stop.

Great place for what we needed
We had a wonderful stay! (And, I am picky!) Easy to get to - just minutes from downtown. House was pristine when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, making it easy for our group to cook and spend time together. The beds were super comfortable, and the layout of the home gave our group of 7 plus 3 visitors plenty of room to relax and hang out together comfortably in both the living room and kitchen areas. One of our favorite parts of the property was the amazing deck overlooking the beautifully landscaped backyard with attractive high privacy fence. The large outdoor table and ready to use grill made it perfect for meals and relaxing outside. The hot tub was spotless, relaxing, and worked perfectly throughout our stay. AC worked quickly too. Beth was reached out & was readily available if we needed anything, (which we didn’t), but we appreciated it! The home exceeded our expectations, impressed our guests, and we would absolutely stay here again
Unfortunately, during our entire 5 day stay the internet and also the TV were not working. This caused significant frustration with our family and guests. Despite repeated requests for the internet to be restored there was not a successfully fix. We ultimately decided to leave a day early from our planned stay die this problem. I feel like this should have been easily fixed if there was the proper attention.
