The second bedroom has a cozy Queen bed as well as a closet and a mounted Roku TV. The third bedroom has a unique bunkbed- the bottom is a comfortable Queen-sized mattress and the top bunk has a twin sized mattress. This room has a toy chest and another mounted Roku TV- perfect for the kids in your group!
There is a clean, updated bathroom in the hallway which features a shower and bathtub combination so that you can choose between a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower. This bathroom also has double sinks and counter space.
Both full bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience.
In the hallway, there is also a stackable washer and dryer so you can keep your clothes clean- it is always stocked with detergent and dyer sheets!
KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM
Experience the perfect blend of style and functionality in the spacious open-concept kitchen and living areas. The kitchen, dining room and living room all flow seamlessly together to form the heart of the home.
The full-sized kitchen has all brand-new stainless-steel appliances including a microwave, refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, dishes, silverware, seasonings and extras such as a Crock-Pot, InstantPot and blender.
The dining area separates the kitchen from the living room with an eight person dining table with five chairs and a long bench on one side.
Moving into the living room, you see a huge, oversized sectional. This plush sectional has tons of space to spread out comfortably as well as plenty of pillows and comfy blankets. Or, you can sit in the reading nook under the lamp and catch up on a novel. The living room has a large picture window that lets in plenty of sunlight and has a view of the backyard.
The living room has a large, mounted HD Roku TV that is ready to stream all of your favorite shows and movies.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Step outside and experience the ultimate in outdoor living with our private back patio and yard. There’s easy access through the sliding glass door in the living room, and after a few steps, you’ll find yourself on the large, covered porch with a hot tub. This space has been recently upgraded with new paving and a brand new four-person hot tub. The string lighting and high fencing make this the perfect place to enjoy a warm summer evening in privacy.
Around the corner, you will find another gate that leads to the larger backyard area. This area features a patio with a propane grill and an outdoor dining area. This patio has a door into the kitchen to make grilling and enjoying a meal outside a breeze.
The backyard area is fully fenced and has privacy panels so you can feel comfortable outside enjoying the lovely Colorado weather.
GAME ROOM
This room is the star of the home and sure to be a hit with your family.
When you enter the home, there is a door to your left that leads to the converted garage space. This garage space has been fully decked out as a game room!
Basketball, wall-mounted Connect-Four, Air Hockey, Cornhole and a Poker Table are all available to you in the game room. Challenge the family to an Air Hockey tournament or practice shooting hoops with the basketball game.
Against the wall is a bar area complete with a wine fridge and bar tools. There is also a mounted TV so you can stream a show while you play in the game room.

The home was super cute and located on a corner lot. The girls and I enjoyed the hottub and comfy couch! Beds and pillows are hotel luxurious, had the best sleep ever!
We had a wonderful time.
We had a great stay with Elevate BNB. Communication was excellent from the very beginning, and they made the whole process easy with clear check-in instructions, access details, parking info, WiFi, and everything we needed before arrival. The home was comfortable, clean, and a great place for our family during our road trip. We also really appreciated how responsive and thoughtful they were during the stay. They checked in to make sure everything was going well, kept us updated about anything happening at the property, and provided helpful reminders without being overbearing. Everything was smooth from check-in to checkout. Great hosts, easy stay, and a very positive experience overall. We would definitely stay with Elevate BNB again!
